These terms apply when you use zapfesta.com or join our early-access list. By doing either, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. Who we are

2. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older to join the early-access list. You may only sign up yourself, with details that are true and your own. To invite someone else, send them the link so they can sign up and give their own consent.

3. Early access

• Joining the early-access list is free.
• Joining doesn't guarantee access to any particular feature, service or offer, or access by any particular date.
• Our launch date, sneak peeks and early-access benefits may change. We may also pause or end the early-access programme.
• Sneak peeks are previews. What we launch may look and work differently.

4. Messages from us

We'll only send promotional messages on the channels you chose when you signed up (WhatsApp, SMS and/or phone calls). That consent is separate from these terms, and you can withdraw it at any time as described in our privacy policy. Your mobile operator's standard charges may apply.

5. Using the site

Please don't:

• Sign up with false details or for someone without their permission
• Use bots or scripts to sign up, or to scrape or copy the site
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or our systems
• Use the site for anything unlawful

We may remove sign-ups that break these terms.

6. Our brand and content

The ZapFesta name and logo, Zappy, and everything else on this site, including text, illustrations and design, belong to ZapFesta. You're welcome to share links to the site. Please don't copy, modify or use our brand or content for anything else without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

Our site may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information on it will always be complete or up to date.

9. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, ZapFesta isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the early-access list. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

10. When ZapFesta launches

When we launch our app and services, they'll come with their own terms, which you'll be asked to accept before using them. These terms only cover the website and early-access list.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update gets a new version number and date, listed at the end of this page. If a change is significant, we'll let early-access members know before it applies.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [CITY] will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
